Company Structure
Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management is a subsidiary of Rensburg Sheppards plc, which is a listed company on the London Stock Exchange. As a private client investment management firm we do not undertake any principal trading on our own behalf.
In respect of our nominee company, all our clients' assets are named in such a manner as to clearly indicate that they do not belong to the firm and that they are ringfenced. Therefore, in the unlikely event of default, a liquidator would be legally prevented from trying to sequestrate clients' assets and the court would move quickly to prevent this.
Rensburg Sheppards has detailed control procedures throughout the Company's operations. Compliance with our obligations under FSA rules is monitored by senior management, the Group's Compliance Department and our external auditors.
